RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an vcavi.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
